- Description
- SMS4dads uses the Modified Monash Model (MMM) to allocate rural vs urban locations to those enrolled. It was apparent that some postcodes might include suburbs having different MMM classifications. However the size of the error in our data was not known. The sample of N=3261 participants who registered for SMS4dads4 between September 2020 and July 2021 (Focus on New Fathers Project) by going to sms4dads.com.au and inputting their details (e.g. Name, DOB, Baby EDD, Address, etc) was available for analysis. Data relating to participant demographic characteristics and program engagement behaviours (e.g. K10 completions, info link clicks) were extracted from registration and enrolment tracking and merged into an excel spreadsheet ‘SMS4Dads dataset’. Additional variables were calculated to provide further information.
